Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands internet culture, storytelling, trends, and performance marketing.

• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
• Create content strategies and campaign calendars
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creative execution
• Track trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
• Run engagement and community-building initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
• Collaborate on influencer and partnership campaigns

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and short-form content trends
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, captions, scripting, and workflow automation
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to balance branding with performance goals
