What will you do?
- Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts
- Coordinate production planning, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet throughput and quality goals
- Monitor KPIs, address deviations in safety and quality, and escalate blockers to keep operations on track
- Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements
- Customer Orientation — advanced level; aligning production priorities with internal and external customer needs
- Drives for Results — advanced level; setting clear goals and holding teams accountable to deliver on time
- Influencing Skills — advanced level; gaining buy-in across functions to resolve blockers and drive change
- Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that optimize throughput
- Lean Methodology — intermediate level; applying lean tools to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency
- Manufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; monitoring KPIs and taking corrective action to meet targets
- Change Management — intermediate level; guiding teams through process changes with clarity and support
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; using manufacturing systems and data tools to inform decisions
- Proven leadership ability with experience directing teams and managing performance across shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions in fast-paced environments
