What will you do?
- Implement quality culture initiatives across manufacturing sites through process control and continuous improvement programs
- Perform process audits and root cause analysis to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Oversee quality aspects of new manufacturing line implementations and process changes through structured change management
- Partner with procurement quality to ensure suppliers address manufacturing-related quality issues effectively
- Quality Strategy — advanced level; developing site-level quality plans that align with customer satisfaction goals
- Five Whys — advanced level; leading structured root cause investigations to eliminate recurring defects
- PFMEA — advanced level; conducting failure mode analysis to prevent quality risks in manufacturing processes
- Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving quality issues using structured methodologies
- Process Auditing — intermediate level; evaluating manufacturing processes against quality standards
- Quality Management Systems — intermediate level; implementing and maintaining QMS frameworks in production environments
- Root Cause Analysis — intermediate level; investigating quality incidents to drive permanent corrective actions
- Change Management — intermediate level; ensuring quality during manufacturing line changes and new implementations
- Meticulous attention to detail with unwavering commitment to quality excellence
- Strong collaboration skills to work across manufacturing, procurement, and cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies and addresses risks before they reach customers
- Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive quality improvements
- Direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction across our manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience with diverse quality methodologies and manufacturing processes
