As a Relationship Officer - LAP (Loan Against Property) based in Rajahmundry, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing a portfolio of LAP customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Loan Against Property in the Rajahmundry market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable LAP solutions.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals, documentation, and due diligence for LAP applications in adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP products, including disbursement volumes and cross-selling other financial products.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth loan application and disbursement process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business avenues and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure efficient processing and delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
