Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Biochar Sales Executive to drive sales and market development across Andhra Pradesh. The role involves promoting biochar products to farmers, agri-input dealers, distributors, and other agricultural stakeholders, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market reach.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Biochar Sales Executive to drive sales and market development across Andhra Pradesh. The role involves promoting biochar products to farmers, agri-input dealers, distributors, and other agricultural stakeholders, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive biochar sales and achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer awareness programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to the team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- B.Sc. Agriculture degree (mandatory).
- Good understanding of agricultural practices, soil health, and crop nutrition.
- Proven interest or experience in agricultural input sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
- Proficiency in Telugu and basic English communication preferred.
