Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of daily operations for the Rajahmundry location, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with regional management to align local operations with overall company objectives.
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational readiness of the location.
- Prepare and present regular reports on location performance to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
