Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Location Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our Rajahmundry location. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all aspects of daily operations for the Rajahmundry location, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and implement effective inventory control procedures.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional management to align local operations with overall company objectives.
  • Maintain the physical appearance and operational readiness of the location.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on location performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable operation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
