Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports and analytical models that support business decision‑making.

The role combines data discovery, data preparation and visualisation with advanced analytical capability to enable both descriptive insight and predictive forecasting.

This position ensures that data from multiple business systems is sourced, cleaned, transformed and modelled into meaningful information that can be used to:

• Monitor performance
• Identify trends
• Support operational planning
• Forecast future outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive BI dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making
• Source and extract data from multiple systems (Databricks, semantic models, production databases etc.)
• Clean, validate and transform raw data into structured datasets suitable for analysis
• Develop and maintain data models for reporting and analysis
• Optimisation of dashboard performance
• Work closely with different teams to apply data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and governance across reporting solutions
• Build forecasting models to predict future performance outcomes
• Develop machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve business problems
• Automate processes using AI tools and programming
• Agile product development knowledge

Experience Required

Tools & Technologies

• Power BI, Tableau
• Python, SQL (desirable)
• Excel (Advanced), Power Query, DAX
• Azure platform / Fabric (desirable)
• Databricks (desirable)
• Machine learning frameworks (desirable)

Experience of upto 5 years in an industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• • Data Analytics / Computer Science / Information Systems / Mathematics / Engineering or related discipline

OR

• Equivalent industry experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Science

Desirable:

• Microsoft Power BI Certification
• Data Analytics / Data Science certification
• Training in statistical analysis or machine learning techniques
