  • Monitoring and maintaining quality standards to ensure products or services meet customer expectations.

  • Creating and managing budgets for operational expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Supervising and motivating teams to achieve operational objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Identifying operational risks and developing plans to mitigate them to ensure continuity of operations.

  • Working with other departments such as finance, marketing, and logistics to coordinate operational activities.
