About The Role

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Ethically promote Nestlé’s Infant Nutrition products to HCPs by clearly communicating product features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use, in line with company Code of Ethics and the Indian Code; reinforce that mother’s milk is best for babies.
- Ensure recommendations for the Nestlé Nutrition product range remain within the scope of the Indian Code; detail against homemade paps and bovine milk as appropriate.
- Serve as a reliable source of information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for HCPs.
- Plan and execute high‑quality scientific detailing, CMEs/symposiums and other scientific activities as per company guidelines.
- Map and segment HCPs in the assigned territory; develop and execute an effective coverage plan and call cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions, feedback, and scientific events; provide timely reports as per guidance.
- Identify opportunities and potential within the territory and contribute inputs to drive demand generation activities within compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability of compliant scientific materials and support tools for field execution.
- Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a field sales role in either a Nutrition company or the pharmaceutical industry.
- High level of integrity and honesty; hardworking, self‑motivated, and passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
- High learning agility; trustworthy and able to work independently within company policies and guidelines.
