Market Equipment Executive
1. Assist in managing the equipment availability.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely Equipment Installation and Service delivery.
3. Ensure timely resolution of the customer complaints and minimize escalations.
4. Monitor and report equipment performance metrics.
5. Failure Trend Analysis and Spare consumption and Reporting.
6. Ensure Ideal inventory levels of Service Dealers and Monthly Reconciliation.
7. Maintain accurate record of equipment inventory and maintenance activities.
8. Assisst in cost optimization for equipment management.
9. Co-ordination with AMC Vendors for Visi cooler complaints & Preventive maintenance.
