The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable and secure web applications from scratch, writing optimized and maintainable code, and independently managing complete backend development cycles. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
