Video Editor for PMU Marketing Ad Creatives

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Video Editor to help create high-converting ad creatives for our clients in the PMU industry.

Our business helps PMU artists with their marketing and advertising, especially through Meta ads. We need someone who can edit raw video content into polished, engaging, and scroll-stopping videos that can be used for paid ads, Instagram, Facebook , and other social media marketing campaigns.

This role is project-based to start, with the potential for ongoing work depending on performance, quality, and fit.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw client footage into engaging video ad creatives.
• Create short-form videos suitable for Meta ads, Instagram, Facebook , and Reels.
• Edit videos with strong hooks, clear pacing, captions, transitions, and call-to-action elements.
• Turn client-provided content into polished videos that are clean, professional, and attention-grabbing.
• Follow creative direction and apply feedback from the team.
• Ensure final videos are aligned with the PMU/beauty industry and optimized for social media advertising.
• Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner.
• Meet deadlines and manage editing tasks responsibly.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor.
• Experience editing videos for ads, social media, or marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook , Reels, and Meta ads.
• Ability to create engaging hooks and maintain strong pacing throughout the video.
• Strong eye for clean, modern, beauty-focused visuals.
• Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished ad creatives.
• Portfolio or samples of previous video editing work are required.
• Responsible, reliable, and easy to communicate with.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take feedback.
• Experience in the beauty, PMU, skincare, aesthetics, or service-based business industry is a plus.

Since our clients are PMU artists, it is important that the editor has a good eye for beauty-related content and can create videos that look clean, premium, and engaging.
