Job Description
Complete responsibility of maintaining customer relationship for all Accounts, Monitoring & ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Appropriate Chemical dosing at all sites and manage onsite inventory.
- maintaining performance guaranteed parameters as per set protocol. Identify SIC to maintain guaranteed parameters.
- ensuring daily Report submission and regular submission of Monthly/Weekly Report for all site.
- Ensure regular data entry in ChembondFlux portal.
- Visits to prescribed customer as per set frequency & system requirement.
- System survey for data collection & identify ongoing issues.
- Management sheet preparation & treatment design.
- Review water parameters and guiding SIC to maintain water parameters.
- Startup activity, Shutdown activity & troubleshooting to maintain system performance.
- Support Regional sales team for Business development.
- B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
