For our office in Trivandrum, dSPACE is looking for creative and motivated professionals. You will work on exciting and technologically cutting-edge product development projects, in the areas of control prototyping, code generation and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation.

To support our IT department, we are looking for an in-house consultant specializing in Modern Work and AI. In this role, you will drive the further development of our internal applications by combining your expertise in the administrative management of the Microsoft 365 environment and endpoint management (particularly SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune) with the development of modern AI and automation solutions based on Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. In this role, you will translate technical requirements into sustainable digital solutions and assume strategic and technical responsibility for the Modern Work & AI domain. This ranges from strategic direction and prioritization of requirements to the ongoing development of the solutions in use.

Your Tasks

• You capture, structure, and analyze business requirements, and advise internal clients on AI, automation, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• You design and implement scalable solutions based on best practices, with a focus on AI-driven enhancements, process automation, and standardization of internal applications.
• You develop concepts, specifications, and solution designs while considering the overall IT landscape, architecture, and information security.
• You administer and continuously enhance the Microsoft 365 platform (including SharePoint, Teams, and related services) with a focus on usability, governance, and future readiness.
• You identify and implement relevant AI use cases, while developing maintainable applications and efficient business processes.
• You support communication initiatives related to applications and solutions, ensuring effective adoption and engagement.

Your Qualifications

• You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a comparable qualification with minimum of 3 years of experience.
• You have initial experience in consulting, design, project management, or solution development within digital workplaces, business applications, automation, or AI.
• You have a strong interest in AI, ideally supported by hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or the Power Platform.
• You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, and related tools), along with platforms such as Intune and Microsoft Purview Information Protection.
• You have a proactive mindset, strong persuasiveness, and a structured approach to work, with a clear focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
