Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and product-minded Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should be strong in frontend and backend development, understand how complete applications are built, and be able to think beyond just coding.

This role is suitable for someone who can understand business requirements, convert them into clean technical solutions, and work on client projects across web applications, SaaS platforms, automation systems, AI-powered tools, dashboards, and custom software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies.

- Develop responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using React.js.

- Work with Next.js for server-side rendering, routing, APIs, and production-grade web applications.

- Build backend APIs and services using Python, especially frameworks like Django and Flask.

- Work with databases, APIs, authentication, dashboards, admin panels, and third-party integrations.

- Use Node.js when required for backend services, APIs, scripts, or integrations.

- Integrate AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models into applications.

- Build basic AI automation workflows, chatbots, agents, and business process automations.

- Understand project requirements from both technical and business perspectives.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software.

- Debug, optimize, and improve existing applications.

- Use modern AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools to improve productivity.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with React.js.

- Good understanding of Next.js.

- Strong backend development skills with Python.

- Experience with Django and/or Flask.

- Basic to good understanding of Node.js.

- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party API integrations.

- Understanding of frontend-backend communication, authentication, database design, and deployment basics.

- Ability to work with SQL or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and standard development workflows.

- Ability to understand the full flow of an application, not just isolated coding tasks.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- AI & Automation Skills

The candidate should have basic practical knowledge of:

- Using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

- Building AI-powered features inside web applications.

- Prompting, API integration, and structured responses.

- Automating business workflows using AI tools or custom scripts.

- Using AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar vibe coding tools.

- Ability to think from a business and product perspective.

- Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies.

- Good communication and ownership mindset.

- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Experience: 2–3 years of practical experience in full-stack development.
