Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and tracking daily vehicle trips and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, fuel usage and trip documentation
  • Coordinate with drivers for timely pickup, delivery and route adherence
  • Follow up on vehicle maintenance requirements and workshop visits
  • Support the Fleet Manager in preparing daily and weekly operational reports
  • Ensure all trip-related paperwork and compliance documents are in order
  • Address day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical matters promptly

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in fleet operations, transport or logistics support roles
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
