We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Role Responsibilities:
  • Good knowledge in Audio Video setup Related Issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors for any ongoing Audio Video equipment issues.
  • Knowledge of Town Hall kind of Audio Video setup.
  • Experienced in Zoom Meetings (Desktop/Laptop/MacBook and Conference Room based)
  • Perform Meeting room Devices Daily Health check-up.
  • Coordinate with GCO team (Global Conferencing team)
  • Assist Client for connecting VC before the event starts
  • Connecting the presentation if any from the main venue
  • Provide support for Townhall kind of events.
Requirements and Preferences:
  • 2 to 4 Years’ experience in Audio video Support.
  • Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including equipment, software, and networking.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must.
  • Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
  • Good Communication Skills (Written Spoken) in English
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing client requirements.
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7.
  • Travel including overnight domestic may be required.
