We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who understands customer journeys, automation, personalization, and performance-driven communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Build automation workflows and drip campaigns
  • Manage segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Improve open rates, CTR, and conversions through A/B testing
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Understanding of customer funnels and retention marketing
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with SaaS or digital-first brands is a plus
