We are looking for a detail-orientedDuck Creek DMS QA Engineer with strong experience in testingDuck Creek Content / Document Management Systems (DMS). The candidate should have hands-on experience validating document generation, templates, workflows, and integrations within the Duck Creek ecosystem, preferably in thePC Insurance domain.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional and integration testing ofDuck Creek DMS / Duck Creek Content
  • Validatedocument generation, correspondence, templates, and forms
  • TestManuScripts, XML/XSLT-based document configurations
  • Create, review, and executetest cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
  • Validate document formatting, content accuracy, and business rules
  • Test integrations withDuck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools likeJIRA / ALM
  • Performregression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing
  • Ensure compliance withdocument lifecycle, storage, and retrieval processes
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
? Required Skills:
  • Strong QA experience inDuck Creek DMS / Duck Creek Content
  • Hands-on experience testing:
  • Document generation templates
  • ManuScripts, XML, XSLT
  • Good knowledge ofPC Insurance domain
  • Experience infunctional and integration testing
  • Familiarity withtest management tools (JIRA, QC, ALM)
  • Basic understanding ofSQL / database validation
  • Knowledge ofAPI testing (Postman / SOAP UI)
