This job is provided by apna.co Visit customers in assigned areas to collect overdue payments
- Explain outstanding dues and available payment options
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required
- Collect payments via cash, cheque, or digital modes as per company policy
- Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation
- Update daily collection reports and customer records
- Handle and report disputed or difficult cases to supervisors
- Follow legal guidelines and company policies during field visits
- Achieve daily / monthly collection targets
