This job is provided by apna.co Visit customers in assigned areas to collect overdue payments

  • Explain outstanding dues and available payment options
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required
  • Collect payments via cash, cheque, or digital modes as per company policy
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation
  • Update daily collection reports and customer records
  • Handle and report disputed or difficult cases to supervisors
  • Follow legal guidelines and company policies during field visits
  • Achieve daily / monthly collection targets
