Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Engineer role based in Raipur. The AI Engineer will help design, build, and deploy AI-driven features and services, working closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include exploring datasets, implementing and training models, evaluating model performance, and refining algorithms for reliability and scalability. The role involves applying techniques in pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP to practical business problems, as well as writing clean, maintainable code for model pipelines and APIs. The AI Engineer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and cross-functional discussions to ensure that AI solutions are understandable, well-architected, and aligned with product needs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Software Development practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code (Python preferred).
• Knowledge of core AI concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with the ability to implement and experiment with standard models.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries, or strong interest and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of data handling with SQL or other data systems, including querying, preprocessing, and basic analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Nice to have: experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud or containerized environments, and deploying models to production.
