What You'll Do
- Manage creator and influencer follow-ups, ensuring timely content submission and approvals
- Coordinate content schedules, shoot logistics, and end-to-end approvals process
- Provide on-ground support for shoots, activations, and events
- Track live coverage, monitor live links, and maintain real-time documentation
- Collate reporting inputs and prepare campaign performance summaries
- Manage local logistics and last-mile execution for activations
- Support urgent activations and time-sensitive campaign requirements
- Maintain organised records of creator contracts, deliverables, and payment trackers
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or campaign management
- Hands-on experience managing creators or influencers across Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Prior experience with on-ground event or shoot coordination preferred
- Familiarity with the Chhattisgarh / Central India creator ecosystem is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable working on the ground — shoots, events, live activations
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and social media tracking tools
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
