Intensivist Required in very reputed multi/super specialty hospital in Maharashtra Pan India .

Experience : 0-3 years

Salary : Best in Market/ Negotiable + Accommodation

Qualification : MD/DNB

Interview Mode : Telephonic

Location : Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Punjab, Haryana, Pan India

Roles Responsibilities

To examine all patients on admission in Icu from time to time.
To seek Consultation and do referrals to Specialist and Consultants from time to time as per Clinical protocol and company policies.
To take and give written handover at the bedside at the beginning and end of the duty shift.
To rectify or correct any clerical / other such errors committed by the retainer here in agrees to visit the hospital at the earliest irrespective of the next schedule of the duty shift.
To document all administrative related policies and other such documents of similar nature as guided by the clinical Coordinator and general administration from time to time.
To train nurses, paramedical and support staffs while on duty and as ordered by the clinical admin from time to time
Assess and manage critically ill patients in the critical care area.
Perform initial evaluations, monitor vital signs, and provide appropriate medical interventions.
Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line insertions, and endotracheal intubations when necessary.
Monitor patient progress, interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide resuscitation and life-saving interventions as required.
