Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our Corporate Office located in Thrissur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. They will collaborate with department heads to ensure the organization has a talented and motivated workforce. The Human Resources Manager will also play a key role in promoting employee engagement and creating a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices- Min 12-18 years experience- Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring- Knowledge of employee relations and performance management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others- Experience with HR software and systems- Degree in Human Resources or related field
