Roles And Responsibilities
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting operations.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditure, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements etc.
- Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports and reconcile financial statements.
- Generating E-invoices and assist audit activities, GST and TDS filing.
- Contact clients to update them about balance payments.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger and reconcile financial statements.
- Checking Leave salary and Final settlement of all employees.
- Administers and processes all Petty Cash transactions.
- In charge of all administrative matters in relation to the company
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Good Administration Skills
- University degree with knowledge in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Accounting: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Experience in Handling ERP Tool: 1 year (Preferred)
