As an HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will involve assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining personnel records. Requirements
