- Strategically partner with the assigned business units to understand their technology needs for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, implementation, and relationship management.
- Devise and establish the company's quality procedures, review requirements, and ensure they are met complying with time and quality.
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports; making suggestions for changes and improvements.
- Act as the escalation point for all issues specific to projects by coordinating with the managers regarding the project delivery.
- Identify constraints in projects (such as technology, risks, scope, cost, etc.) and provide recommendations to resolve them along with the vendors to achieve project goals.
- Mentor Project Managers on IT methodology on how to use new technology/solutions and proactively resolve grievances they may encounter for driving consistent processes.
- Coordinate the launch of IT solutions and implement IT solution roadmaps to ensure successful introductions.
- Execute the development of new applications, system improvements, customizations, and modifications and provide guidance for the resolution of potential discrepancies.
