CyberArk Support Engineer, Privileged Access Management

What role will you play
In this role, you will focus on developing, enhancing, and configuring the CyberArk platform, you will collaborate with teams across privileged access, infrastructure, networks, and with other stakeholders. You will implement solutions, contribute to the administration, and continually improve the service of CyberArk, as well as monitor the operational health and performance of the platform to ensure high availability and reliability.
What you offer
- 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, working across Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Cloud Platforms, networking, etc.
- Experience working in a DevOps role, providing operational support and engineering.
- Familiarity with change and incident management principles. Experience in documenting designs, processes, and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CyberArk PAS (Privileged Access Solution) or Privileged Access Management would be beneficial but is not essential full training will be provided.
- Rostered on-call support is required in this role due to Macquarie's 24/7 global operations.
