Senior Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

. Understanding and preparing exposure data for multiple lines of business
. Data cleansing, enhancing and analysis of COPE information
. Working on complex and large datasets using MS-Excel
. Validating exposure data against set RMS guidelines
. Geo-coding the exposure data using RiskLink
. Understanding of Insurance terminologies
. Applying financial policy terms in the models for perils covered
. Ensure timely completion of deliverables
. Enhance efficiency of the process by continuously evaluating and improving the end-to-end catastrophe modeling process
. Understand and interpret model results, model differences and limitations and provide risk specific observation to the underwriter
. Proactive communication with stakeholders on modelling requirements and ad-hoc requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

. 2-5 years experience in the field of Cat modelling.
. Modeling expertise in RMS RiskLink/AIR Touchstone
. Good working knowledge of SQL, MS-Office Word, Excel and Access
. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
. Ability to work independently.
. Excellent communication skills
