Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Strategic Business Advisor at our Vishakhapatnam location. As a Strategic Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing consulting services, including analytical support, to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting research, analyzing data, developing business strategies, and providing recommendations to improve business performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should visit schools or colleges or institutes on a daily basis.
• Connecting with colleges and schools to promote our Edtech program
• Must be able to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Must have experience working with the colleges, Institutes and schools.
• Must be able to build relationships with the prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent contacts with the existing clients.
• Manage Sales pipeline.
• Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Consult with customers, provide demos, and address their needs.
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Meeting with clients during sales visits.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Establishing new business and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have a minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales. Must be able to work under stress and pressure with target based commitment.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a zeal to excel in the Field Sales are welcome to apply for this position.
• Must have excellent communication skills with ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent written, phone, and email communication skills.
• Recognized for meeting or exceeding sales, revenue and profit goals.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Must have a laptop with a strong WIFI connection.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Management Consulting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of finance and financial analysis
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations
• Experience in business strategy development and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Management
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
