● Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship will provide you with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
4. Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
6. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Prior internship or relevant work experience in HR is a plus
