The Distribution Account Manager (DAM) is primarily responsible for managing relationships with distribution partners to drive sales of Schneider Electric's products and services. Their key duties typically include developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships, ensuring channel partner compliance, providing product training and support, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Manage the Performance & Reporting for C & I & ensure overall C & I Targets Assurance ( Orders & Revenue )
Track & Monitor Incentive Program for both National Sales Teams & Channel
Publish Monthly Dashboards to National Sales & Channel on Performance
Drive Secure Power engagement in NSO thro Periodic Communication to National Sale like C & I Web Radio , etc
Manage the Sales Forecasting Process
Managing the SIP Process
Drive Reports for C & I Monthly Exchange / MBR , etc & keep a track of the Overall C & I numbers ( Segments )
Review ET / OT & Segment Numbers
Funnel Tracking & Generation thro BFO Review & working with NSO Teams
Ensure BFO Matrices Hygiene
The DAM also collaborates with internal teams to ensure efficient distribution, resolve issues, and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates having around 6-10 years of work experience can apply
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree ( BE Electrical ) required , MBA would be an added advantage
Experience : 3- 8 years in a Sales / Distribution
