The Discovery Zone Leader North East & West position reports to the Discovery Commercial Leader and is part of the Cytiva India Commercial Team located in Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Pune and will be working remotely to cover the North/East & West territory. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Lead commercial activities in the North/ East/ West region.
• Maintain close regular customer connects.
• Lead strategies for wider account coverage and lead generation
• Lead a team of talented account managers.
• Devise and maintain routine prospecting in the region.
• Keep track of customer deliveries, escalate as required and satisfy customer needs.
• Escalate proactively and close pending tasks with all stakeholders.
• Publish and maintain dashboards for key commercial parameters.
  
  

Who you are:

• Bachelors or Masters degree, with 8+ years industry experience preferably life sciences or health care
• Lifesciences business acumen
• Solution/outcome selling with uncompromising integrity
• Entrepreneurial Thinking
