What You Will Be Doing

• BrainLifts: Cultivate a structured repository of profound insights from your domain and customer expertise to align teams, LLMs, and decision-making.
• OODA Loops: Propel measurable results through frequent, data-driven product iteration cycles, addressing the Most Important Problem, implementing impactful changes within a week, and measuring success with clear metrics.
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing roadmaps or dictating what or how to build features.
• Engaging in solution-first product management; rather, focus on becoming a domain expert and understanding your users.
• Spending a month on a single feature; we aim for weekly feature deployments.
• Creating technical solutions or defining software architecture.
  
  

Basic Requirements

AI Product Lead key responsibilities

• Minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role where you shaped product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis.
• Experience in launching at least one successful product from inception to achieving at least $1 million in revenue.
• Professional experience with AI in daily work activities (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
