The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hosting engaging webinars and podcasts, building and nurturing online communities, and creating high-quality video content. This role requires excellent public speaking and communication skills, experience in product marketing, and the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and fosters a sense of belonging within our community. Experience in the SaaS industry is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Webinar Hosting & Management: Plan, organize, and host webinars that educate, engage, and generate leads. Coordinate with speakers, manage the logistics, and ensure the successful execution of each event.
- Podcast Hosting & Production: Develop, host, and produce engaging podcast episodes. Identify relevant topics and guests, manage recording schedules, and promote the podcast to grow the audience.
- Community Building: Build, grow, and engage with our online community across platforms (social media, forums, etc.). Foster meaningful connections, encourage participation, and create initiatives that boost member engagement.
- Video Content Creation: Create and edit high-quality video content (e.g., tutorials, interviews, promotional materials) to support marketing initiatives and engage the audience.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product marketing team to align community and webinar content with product messaging and positioning. Create and promote content that highlights product features and benefits, driving product awareness and adoption.
- Public Speaking & Communication: Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for the brand, delivering presentations, webinars, and podcasts in a confident and engaging manner.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to align community, webinar, and product marketing content with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring that all messaging supports brand goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for webinars, podcasts, community engagement, and product marketing initiatives. Use insights to improve future events and content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, customer success, and sales, to ensure community, webinar, and product marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
- Experience in Hosting Webinars & Podcasts: Minimum 2+ years of experience hosting and managing webinars and/or podcasts.
- Community Building Experience: Proven track record of growing and managing online communities.
- Product Marketing Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- SaaS Experience: Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and lead generation is a plus
- Video Creation Skills: Experience creating and editing video content for marketing
- Excellent Communication & Public Speaking Skills: Confident in speaking publicly
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with webinar platforms, podcast tools, video editing software,
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and create unique, engaging content
- Analytical Mindset: Experience using analytics to track the success of community,
