Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our remote team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications. You must demonstrate proficiency in essential web technologies and a strong understanding of web development processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript (Mandatory skill) with the ability to implement interactive elements and web applications effectively.
• Experience with React (Mandatory skill) for building user interfaces and creating reusable components.
• Competence in Node.js (Mandatory skill) for server-side logic and back-end integration with front-end services.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS to create well-structured and responsive webpages.
• Experience in Responsive Design to ensure website accessibility across various devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with Version Control using Git for collaborative development and code management.
• Knowledge of API Integration to connect backend services to front-end applications effectively.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, communicating effectively and managing time efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications to meet specified requirements and deliver optimal performance.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to enhance site functionality and user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code consistent with web standards and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across a variety of browsers, devices, and connections.
• Ensure the scalability and maintainability of applications and contribute to code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and frameworks to suggest improvements and drive innovation.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members as needed.
• Participate in project planning, code reviews, and development team meetings to meet project goals.
