Job Description:

Mapping Metrics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. As a part-time HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent to join our organization.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Indore (Work from home)

Job Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Make recommendations for improving the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of Business laws and regulations in India
