Web Designer

We are seeking a talented web designer to join our dynamic team. As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You should have a keen eye for clean design and possess superior user interface design skills. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Layout:
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Graphic Design:
• Design graphic elements such as logos, icons, and banners.
• Prepare and optimize images for the web.
• Front-End Development:
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• User Experience (UX):
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and platforms.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  

Key Skills

• Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in web design, multimedia design, or related field.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
