Product Designer We’re hiring a Product Designer to shape and elevate our digital products! As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You’ll be pivotal in defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive value. Key Responsibilities: Discovery & Strategy
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements. Design Craft
- Design scalable, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with service designers, researchers, and developers to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale.
- Use prototypes to convey product-line concepts, narratives, and value propositions. Execution & Delivery
- Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis.
- Iterate designs based on customer feedback, business needs, and performance metrics. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in product design or a related UX/UI role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user workflows, UI designs, and prototypes.
- Proficient in Figma, Mural, and design/prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility. Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital commerce, fintech, or SaaS products.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user-centric design with business constraints.
