- To ensure timely submission of offers against Budgetary & firm enquiries to customers, OEMs and Consultants.
- Regularly visiting the customers to gather information on all upcoming projects within the region.
- To complete pre-tendering activity with the help of the branch manager
- To monitor competitors activities and report.
- Coordinate with HO for smooth execution of the orders.
- Prepare monthly reports and MIS, as required.
- Responsible for the Order Intake of Project Business of the Branch Office – Pune for defined customers.
- Prepare and submit the Indent to TSS once PO received from the customer.
- Follow up with CM and TOP teams for timely submission of documents and order delivery.
