Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage and supervise the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure proper inventory management and accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, including loading and unloading trucks
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance, including productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline warehouse operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management
