This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will Develop and maintain world class testing systems as per latest national /international standards and to meet requirements ISO17025 & NABL. Participate with internal teams in quality system implementation and serve as ongoing support for quality issues.

The work model for the role is: - Onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors Division in Faridabad.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Understand, Define, and implement the Safety Requirements in Electrical Testing.
• Through Knowledge of Various laboratory requirements as per ISO17025, NABL, SASO
• Through Knowledge in IS/IEC/NEMA/IEEE standards for Low voltage rotating electric machines.
• Maintain the requirements as per NABL accreditation for ISO 17025 and handle the NABL accreditation audits.
• Develop & prepare the testing procedures as per IS, IEC, IEEE and NEMA
• Handling the customer inspections like NTPC, EIL, BHEL etc.
• Analyze customer complaints and initiate Preventive Actions, align quality processes as per customer requirements through process audits & mistake proofing methods.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering with 5 to 8 years’ experience in testing of Induction motor /Rotating Machines
• Knowledgeable about the key manufacturing process of Induction motor.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO17025.
• Should be able to handle customer inspections like NTPC, BHEL, EIL.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO17025.
• Knowledgeable about induction motor testing methods.
