Warehouse Manager

Role Overview:

Supervising the warehouse (managing inbound, outbound, and inventory), and overseeing logistics procedures to ensure products are delivered on time and without loss. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, and inventory management.

Job Description:

• Drive initiatives focused on improving efficiency, operational excellence, and customer experience
• Implement processes and mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery of Hyperpure products, while maintaining cost and quality standards.
• Identify and analyse significant issues and bottlenecks in the order delivery process.
• Responsible for training and driving the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate operations.
• Lead collaborative initiatives with product, operations, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Lead logistics processes to ensure timely and loss-free delivery of products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within a supply chain environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
