We are seeking a skilled AR Caller with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at GUHA TECHNOLOGY AND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This is a full-time position located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience as an AR Caller
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance claim regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications
• Good problem-solving skills

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts receivable transactions for assigned clients
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients
• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims
• Resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
• Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment and reimbursement issues
• Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards
