Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead telemarketing initiatives, influencing lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification processes.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing the varied needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and live chat interactions.
- Proactively strive to surpass performance At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication abilities.
