About the Role:
Kasadara is looking for a seasoned PMO/Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience to lead project management initiatives and drive Agile practices. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic oversight and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices
- Act as the liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on goals
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PMO or Scrum Master
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- PMP or Scrum certification is a plus
