About The Job

As a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor, you’ll transform raw footage into polished, engaging content while also creating compelling motion graphics and animated elements to enhance storytelling. This role reports into the Global Content and Creative Lead for Employer Brand.

Main Responsibilities

Video editing

  • Work closely with the Employer Branding and Creative teams to interpret briefs, bring ideas to life, and ensure seamless integration of video and design elements.
  • Utilize industry-standard and social first software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, CapCut etc.) to edit and assemble raw footage into dynamic, high-quality video content that resonates with our target audiences and supports employer branding initiatives.
  • Develop and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video narratives and reinforce brand identity.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand standards, adapting style as needed for various platforms (e.g., social media, internal platforms, and websites).
  • Manage and organize video assets, maintaining efficient workflows and a structured file management system for easy access.
  • Experiment with the use of AI tools such as Midjourney and Runway.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.

Experience

About you

  • Experienced video editor with a focus on Branding, ideally within employer branding or a similar field, with 4-8 years in a related role.
  • 4+ years of experience working as an Editor & Motion Designer in a marketing or branding role, preferably in Employer Branding.
  • Experience working in employer branding is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of videography and motion projects.
  • Experience editing content for social media is a plus

Soft And Technical Skills

  • Skilled in motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling that enhance brand identity and audience engagement.
  • Hands on with video formats, compression standards, and export processes for diverse platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Passionate for new technologies and digital innovation, with a demonstrated interest in online advertising and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), CupCat and Figma is a good plus. Other editing software would be appreciated.
  • Emerging technologies and AI tools knowledge are a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of rhythm, color grading and sound mixing, motion principles, storytelling and narrative, and layout techniques.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Cinema, Videography, Motion Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
