The Senior Manager, Data Enablement is responsible for creating an environment where data is easily accessible, well-managed, and effectively used to drive decision-making and innovation within an organization. This role involves managing data enablement initiatives, fostering a data-driven culture within the team, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

• Complies with all policies and standards
• Align on data enablement initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Supports leadership by executing on the roadmaps with other teams and across the organization resulting in impactful value and scalable plans to support the business.
• Participates in additional Data transformation initiatives including value driven outcomes and data literacy.
• Lead a team in effort to deliver high quality data solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment
• Mentor team on problem solving, critical thinking, and delivering high-quality results
• Manage and communicate up on data enablement initiatives
• Inspires and engages a team, offering an environment of learning and career development while supporting individual and team goals
• Oversee and coordinate multiple and related projects ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered as expected
• Ensure the team has smooth operations to enable their success
• Allocate resources across projects to optimize performance.
• Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Foster collaboration between different departments and teams.
• Collaborates with technology teams to incorporate data architecture principles to increase consistency and interoperability of data across the enterprise
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the team
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
  
  

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree preferred
  
  
  

Experience Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years experience in strategy development, transformation or related roles
• Typically 3+ years experience leading a team

• Critical thinking, the ability to break complex problems down into component parts and solve issues creatively.
• Ability to understand business objectives and requirements and convert them into solution designs and/or project plans.
• Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and change management experience.
• Ability to use data to inform decision making.
• Ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a wide audience.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines, and to maintain effectiveness and professionalism when experiencing change in work tasks and/or the work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in an organization.
• Collaboration skills with the ability to form trusted relationships, including key internal and external partners to achieve common goals.
• Highest level of integrity and discretion in managing of confidential information.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
