Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* As a UX developer, you will understand, analyze and design the UX requirements.
* Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experience.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
* Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
* Design and prototype user interfaces that meet user needs and business requirements.
* Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
* Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility).
* Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
* Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
* Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process.
* Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries.
* Experience in working with international environment with a multicultural team.
* Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication.

What You Need to Succeed
* Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field.
* Must have an experience of 5 - 10 years.
* Must have a proficiency with design tool Figma.
* Proven experience as a UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.
* Proficiency with other design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design
* decisions.
* Experience in User Acceptance Testing is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in HTML, and CSS is a plus.
* Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
