Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Tour professional at Vue India Events in New Delhi. The role involves managing inbound tour operations, coordinating with vendors and clients, creating tour packages, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Itinerary Planning: Design and customize travel itineraries for international clients, ensuring their interests and preferences are met. Tour Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transport services, guides, and other vendors to ensure smooth operations of the tours. Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing assistance before and during the trip for any queries or issues. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers to negotiate the best rates and services. Documentation & Permits: Handle all necessary travel documentation, including visas, permits, and other compliance requirements. Booking Management: Manage bookings for accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues during the tour. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, prepare quotes, and manage invoicing for inbound tour services.
